Refund and Returns Policy
At Beyond Virsa, we want you to love every piece of Pakistani-inspired art you receive. If you’re not satisfied, here’s how we make returns simple and fair:
1. Return Eligibility
30-Day Window: Return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Utah Returns Only: We accept returns only for orders shipped to Utah addresses.
Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or receipt.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Personalized/Custom Items: These are final sale (e.g., embroidered names, custom designs).
Damaged Due to Use: Items showing wear, stains, or altered tags.
3. How to Return
Step 1: Email info@beyondvirsa.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Pack the item securely and ship it to our Utah address (provided via email).
Step 3: Once received, we’ll inspect and process your refund within 5–7 business days.
4. Refund Process
Full Refunds: Issued to your original payment method for eligible returns.
Exchanges: Contact us first for availability (subject to Utah stock).
Return Shipping Costs: Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty/damaged.
5. In-Store Returns
Visit our Utah location during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM) for instant refunds or exchanges.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item or refund you immediately.
7. Compliance
Complies with Utah’s Consumer Sales Practices Act and federal FTC 30-Day Rule.
