  • 30-Day Window: Return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

  • Utah Returns Only: We accept returns only for orders shipped to Utah addresses.

  • Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or receipt.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized/Custom Items: These are final sale (e.g., embroidered names, custom designs).

  • Damaged Due to Use: Items showing wear, stains, or altered tags.

3. How to Return

  • Step 1: Email info@beyondvirsa.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Step 2: Pack the item securely and ship it to our Utah address (provided via email).

  • Step 3: Once received, we’ll inspect and process your refund within 5–7 business days.

4. Refund Process

  • Full Refunds: Issued to your original payment method for eligible returns.

  • Exchanges: Contact us first for availability (subject to Utah stock).

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty/damaged.

5. In-Store Returns
