1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship exclusively within USA to ensure fast delivery and a hyper-local focus. This allows us to:

Note: We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Utah state holidays).
Orders placed after 3 PM MT will be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days via trusted local carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS).
Express Shipping: 5-7 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee).
Delivery delays due to extreme weather or carrier issues are rare but possible. We’ll notify you promptly if delays occur.

Order Value: $141-200 = $19.99
Order Value: $201-500 = $24.99
5. In-Store Pickup
Skip the wait! Utah customers can choose free in-store pickup
6. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking numbers via email once shipped.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item at no cost.
Lost Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, we’ll investigate with the carrier and reship or refund.
8. Compliance
Compliant with the FTC Mail Order Rule (timely delivery, clear disclosures).
