We currently ship exclusively within Utah to ensure fast delivery and a hyper-local focus. This allows us to:

Note: We do not ship internationally or to other US states at this time.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Utah state holidays).
Orders placed after 3 PM MT will be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days via trusted local carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS).
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee).
Delivery delays due to extreme weather or carrier issues are rare but possible. We’ll notify you promptly if delays occur.

Express Shipping: $12.99 (priority handling + tracking).
5. In-Store Pickup
Skip the wait! Utah customers can choose free in-store pickup:
Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.
We’ll notify you via email when your order is ready (usually within 24 hours).
Visit our Utah location during business hours (Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM) with your ID and order confirmation.
6. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking numbers via email once shipped.
Track your package directly on the carrier’s website or use our Order Tracking Portal .
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace the item at no cost.
Lost Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, we’ll investigate with the carrier and reship or refund.
8. Compliance
